I... I see a light
Hehe, hey guys first time poster. I'm going to jump right into my question. If I close my eyes and clear my mind of thoughts and focus on a single minute point (and I'm talking tiny), I will see at first a blue pearl. If I focus even harder, I can see a microscopic white light. The best way I can describe the light is it looks like a tiny white pixel on a computer, or like a shooting star almost. In fact it moves like a shooting star as well. If I look away from the light, it dissipates. But if I focus on it and control it with my mind (literally by thinking left, right, up, down, in circles?! etc) it will actually move around. If that wasn't weird enough, if I keep my focus I can actually see it when I open my eyes. Has anyone seen something similar? Or do I need to see a doctor.
I know for sure that the light is created by my eyes focusing on a point, but that's when it gets strange. I know the light is created by me focusing, but when I stop and just look at it, it begins to move on it's own (usually upward). I look away, and it keeps moving at a constant speed, and then sort of burns out. like a shooting star, but much slower. Some people say that when you close your eyes the bright lights are neurons firing in your brain, and I know all about that, but this is much different. It has a... behaviour if you will.
I know it sounds a little crazy, but yeah. I did my best to explain. If you really don't understand what I'm describing it would be very easy to draw. It's a dot :D
Edit: before someone jumps all over me :P If this isn't the proper forum, if a mod could move the post for me that would be most appreciated. Apologies in advance.

Mine is purple (majority) and green swirling around my mind when I focused on a spot. It stays and gives me a sense of peace when I'm at relax state.
Don't worry, nothing much. Those are just brain waves. Some people senses it with different colours.

Welcome to DreamViews! Hmm, it sounds to me like you are simply crossing your eyes with your eyes closed. I just attempted this and a small orb started to form. When you look away, it slowly disappears because you are uncrossing your eyes. It is pretty uncomfortable and I'm not sure how you can do that for long periods of time. I definitely saw the spot once I opened my eyes as well. I couldn't hold it long enough for a white light to appear...too uncomfortable for me :P.
