I've been reading this website for a while now and I have to say that everything I read here is really amazing and I think I can learn a lot of you.
When I was 7 or 8 I had my first LD. I decided to fly over over Paris and the Eiffel Tower and it was really incredible! After that I've never had a lucid dream anymore :( . I hope that will change and I'm sure it will.
This week I've done a lot of RC and I've being doing dream recall. A few days ago the dream recall worked and since I read more and more about lucidity I can remember my dreams better. One day I also thought to dream about something and that worked. Another think that worked was that I told to myself that I wanted to awake at specific times and I woke at those times.
I've also tried the WILD-technique but I couldn't concentrate enough. I've also tried to count during this technique, but It didn't work. Shouldn't I count the next time?
An other technique I tried was moving two fingers under the pillow for 20 till 30 seconds when I was very tired. But also this time felt asleep.
