Ok so tonight will be my first attempt at a DEILD. I've read many tutorials on them and my dream recall could use some work. Any suggestions before i attepmt it? I've had a few LD's but i've never been fully in control of them. Will this effect the results of my DEILD attempt? Thank you in advance. :D

Thanks for the advice :) it might be hard for me not to think about lucid dreaming while laying there not moving for so long :P
well the thing is you have to do the DEILD after waking up..^^ well thats how i know it^^
just try a wild first and in the morning you do a deild^^
