      Attempting My First DEILD...

      Ok so tonight will be my first attempt at a DEILD. I've read many tutorials on them and my dream recall could use some work. Any suggestions before i attepmt it? I've had a few LD's but i've never been fully in control of them. Will this effect the results of my DEILD attempt? Thank you in advance.

      Well good luck.. get some rest and dont think sooo much about lucid dreaming, its just hard for the psyche... do autosuggestions tonight like
      i will leave my eyes shut and know that im awake when im awake. dont forget to not move

      Thanks for the advice it might be hard for me not to think about lucid dreaming while laying there not moving for so long

      well the thing is you have to do the DEILD after waking up..^^ well thats how i know it^^
      just try a wild first and in the morning you do a deild^^
