Hey guys, newbie here.
So i decided to try WILD. I've read different tutorials and got a fair picture of what will happen. So i decided that 1st time would in the afternoon, just to see how it is and not to take any sleep away. so right before laying down, i set a timer for 1 hour (do i need more time if i'm planning on having a full dream, or thats not enough to even start?). I relax and calm my body. After 10-15 min my dog disturbs me by laying down beside me but thats ok because i was just finally relaxed and continued on without a problem. Now i did see colours behind my eyelids (flashes of white and green circles getting sucked into the center) and slowly my body felt lighter. After that i just lay there waiting until my alarm went off. The strange part was that after the dog disturbance it only felt like 10 min. Usually when my alarm clock goes off when im sleeping, it gives me like a shock and the same thing happened. Did i fall asleep, or was i just lucid and was still thinking it wasn't working and needed to give it more time? or i didnt give it enough time? sorry if this sounds stupid, just confused on what happened.
