Ok, so the first problem i have is that when i get SP it jolts me awake. At first i'm just relaxing and suddenly i get strong vibrations around my body, i have almost like painful heartbeats, and my eyes start to water. I am new to Wilding and this happened to me already twice. Is there a way to somehow not be startled by the sudden SP.
SP is indeed, terrifying and shocking to people who've not experienced it in the past. I suggest that before WILDing, expect and prepare for SP and its effects. It might be scary but I bet you'll get used to it after a couple of tries. Just put in your mind that all of the effects that you are experiencing are just all in your head and nothing more. Just think that a dreamland is a few moments away.

Also i believe i get HH or i dream not sure. What happens is that i try Wilding before i go to sleep and as i try it a get too tired/inpatient so i give up. But after some time of trying to falls asleep, i hear/feel there is something happing/talking behind me. This freaks me out. I get the courage to RC but somehow i snap out off it and it is not a dream. Just as i fall asleep it happens again and it tortures me the whole night. Is there a way to somehow get into the dream? i tried waiting but it seems as if i limbo between sleep and whatever i mentioned above ^.
This effects you are experiencing my friend, are hypnagogic hallucinations(hh). HH happens when a person's in a relaxed and calm state. Just let them be and ignore them. This effects usually mean that you are about to enter a lucid dream so just like what I've said, ignore them. When you WILD, be patient and confident as it will determine your attempt's success.
