I really think you should give the WILD technique a shot. I think that you would have alot of success with this method. And it's a great way to learn all the stages that your body goes through before it enters a dream. The sleep paralysis...the vibrations...the hypno imagery and sounds...and then you can eventually follow your hyno imagery and before you know it you are dreaming!! The hardest part is trying to stay conscious through that stage and not lose it and just fall asleep. That's why it is key to either WILD after you have slept 5 hours...in the early morning...or during an early nap. It is very difficult to WILD at night b/c your body just wants to go to sleep. At least those have been my experiences. Anyway...give it a shot...and familiarize yourself with the transition. Also keep in mind that it won't keep easy and may take a few or several times to make it all the way from total consciousness into a dream through a WILD. GOOD LUCK!!!! ;)
