Yes, that's called sleep paralysis. Your muscles get immobilized, so you don't act out your dreams. Lots of people report faster heart beat - I experience it myself. So you are a natural lucid dreamer, or are you doing reality checks and stuff?
Welcome do DV!

If it really is so, you must be a lucid dreaming master xD ?

hahaha yeah its sound kind of weird my first lucid dream was about 2 months ago , hahah i think i had it because i wanted to be aware that i was dreaming so i could control my dream and do impossible stuff so i practiced for a week trying to get into my dream , and suddenly i could , but it was just for a while because i was so anxious that my dream collapsed. ... well i think im new because i been lucid dreaming since that day , 2 monts ago :s sorry if my post was a little cocky or something, i didnt meant to be so. :P

Welcome to Dreamviews!
There are actually a few other natural lucid dreamers here on the site that you could relate to. So did you just find out about what lucid dreaming was actually called and everything you could do in one? Do you have good control over them?
I am quite jealous :D. Thanks for joining the site! :)
