guys im kind of new on lucid dreams, i just wanted to know something , every night i have lucid dreams , at the start of my dream i feel like my whole body freezes and my heart just starts to beat faster and harder ... it just feels weird.... anyone with this same intro? |

hahaha yeah its sound kind of weird my first lucid dream was about 2 months ago , hahah i think i had it because i wanted to be aware that i was dreaming so i could control my dream and do impossible stuff so i practiced for a week trying to get into my dream , and suddenly i could , but it was just for a while because i was so anxious that my dream collapsed. ... well i think im new because i been lucid dreaming since that day , 2 monts ago :s sorry if my post was a little cocky or something, i didnt meant to be so. |

I'm new too! and I have a similar situation I can never control what happens or rather I havennt tried but I have lucid dreams very often. I woulld love to hear how you control yours |
