You may want to do something completely different - you mention your "routine" which makes me think that you have not tried to induce dreams during the day during naps, tried early morning techniques, used DILD at all, etc. Mix it up, even if you also do your routine. You also don't mention what you do during the day - make sure you are incorporating LD motivators into your everyday life. Good luck - let us know if anything changes!
