      Any advice?

Hey DV I'm CuriousCain or CC for short. I've been active in the chat for the past few weeks.
I started learning about Lucid Dreaming and techniques last year; June and ever since I've practised -each- night with no success.

I'm just wondering if you had any advice for me; it would be much appreciated.
If you want to know details just ask and I'll inform you.

CC! I'll stop bugging you about an intro thread now
Welcome to the forums! First of all, what technique are you working on and how is your dream recall?

Any questions about lucid dreaming? Drop me a PM here!

lol, anyway, you know where i am. Just continue practicing your ADA, it might just be the answer to your 6 month-old question.

      Haha, thanks f0rceez.
      This is my nightly routine:
Relax and attempt WILD technique. (This relaxes me, even though it has failed, before I sleep) Then I attempt MILD until I go to sleep.
I wake up after 4-5 hours and attempt a WILD/MILD/D/DEILD...

I often recall a minimum of 2 dreams per night. Other than that It's 3-4.

In the day I meditate and work on ADA. I also regularly do reality checks.

My advice is to stay with it and know that you will be successful. Search this forum for other thread posted by people who were stuck, and also for thread that mention different induction techniques. You may want to do something completely different - you mention your "routine" which makes me think that you have not tried to induce dreams during the day during naps, tried early morning techniques, used DILD at all, etc. Mix it up, even if you also do your routine. You also don't mention what you do during the day - make sure you are incorporating LD motivators into your everyday life. Good luck - let us know if anything changes!

In my previous post above yours I mentioned what I do in the day and that I try DILD and morning techniques.
