Hey people!
Lately i've been working a lot on awareness, and it's been quite successful concerning that. But i've been wondering what to do at night when going to bed. And by going to bed i mean i'd rather not try things that need waking up like WBTB or something. Just something to try while going to sleep at night. So does anyone have suggestions? willing to try some new stuff :cheeky:
