Hello everyone. Pleased to be here.
I've been having some wonderful dreams lately and I know they can only get better with lucidity.
I did go through a time in my life of having quite a few lucid dreams and I'm looking forward to reactivating that.
Looking forward to seeing you all around! I'll probably start a dream journal soon...:banana:

Man have we got a bookshelf of stuff for you! Of course there's Induction Methods and Techniques, but if you're interested in starting that dream journal like you mentioned, we have a feature for that on the forum: Dream Journals. We also have an Academy here, where you can take a class to get those lucid skills going.
