Aloha my friends
Hello everyone!
Let me tell you a little bit about my self, I'm 17 years old still in high school aiming to go to a university and hopefully a medical school.
My lucid experiences, well I had one like two months ago and every time I tried to change some parts of the dream I wake up with sleeping paralysis which is weird, and a week ago after I found out that I can train my self to become lucid I had this 3 seconds dream it was so vivid and there was a really bright light I looked at my hands and I saw the letter A on my left hand ( I did write it on my left hand before I went to sleep it was a RC I read about ) I realized I was dreaming and snapped right out of it. these are all the lucid ones I remember.
and now I started a dream journal, still finding it hard to remember my dreams but no rush hopefully I will master this lovely talent :) .
Thank you for reading :) .

Hey, welcome to DV. Dream recall is a big part of LDing, and luckily we have a big list of things to help people with dream recall here:

Here is some good places for a new person to visit:

This is a place for people to get one-on-one help with LDing and how to advance to the next level.
Here is my favorite technique:

Remember that LDing is a journey, and you might find many monsters on the way, like laziness or forgetfulness. But getting past these will be ways to fight REAL MONSTERS in your dreams! And Dragons! and Tigers! and anything you want. :P
