Greetings from down under!
Hi everyone,
I'm from good old planet earth, living in Australia.
I used to get a few LDs a year back in my school days, most of them were WILDs and some were natural, I didn't put a lot of effort into it back then. Recently I decided I would work hard to get back into lucid dreaming and work towards getting a lucid a night! So that's my goal.
My dream recall is a bit random at the moment, it's the only thing I was concentrating on for the last couple months and I had almost a month where I could remember 1 dream a night but since I started practising mindfulness meditation and ADA to get LDs, my recall for the past week has been terrible, I remember that I had some dreams when I wake up but no details, it's funny because I thought mindfulness would help remember. :huh:
It got frustrating not remembering any dreams over the last week so last night I set a countdown alarm for 5 hours and got a WILD almost immediately after waking up, it lasted about 30 minutes but I woke up a couple of times during it and had to get back into the dream. I think this is because I was too excited and took control too early, next WILD I will go with a flow for a bit longer before taking control and see how that works out.
I look forward to chatting with other lucid dreamers, experimenting and coming up with techniques and maybe meeting fellow Aussies!
