You can also sign up for the Intro Class if you wish. That's a good way of structuring and planning your LD training as well as keeping track of your progress and of course getting good feedback and advice.

Have a look around the forums and see what you like, and feel free to PM me or any of the other Dream Guides if you need help with anything. :)
