I agree there is no herb that will 100% give you lucid dreams, but the herb that most speak of is called calea zacatechichi. It is known as the leaf of God, Chontal Indians of Oaxaca Mexico use it to obtain divinatory messages during dreaming.
The herb does not guarentee LD's, but there are numberous scientific studied to show that it does increase the probability of having LD's.
I have been using the kit now for about 6 days, I didn't follow is exact instructions, but I did have an LD, not a very good one, but it did work for me guys.
I used the cal z., it works well, although I did not have my lucid dream with it, it definatly increased my dream recall ability.
Do a google search on it, or search it up on erowid. I used it in elixir form. I heard that the tea and pills are not as effective as taking the elixir and putting a few drops under the tongue (sublingual). It tastes bitter as hell, but I instantly had vivid recallable dreams.
I can't say that it was all the kit that did it though, I have been using a subliminal mp3 from SCWL: http://www.dianahodgson.com/. I have been using their stuff for a while now. They have the best marketed subliminal programming in the U.S. I used their stuff to help me stop prograstination. The good thing about subliminal programming is that it makes permanent changes in your habits.
If you are not sure if the affects of subliminal programming work, read the book Subliminal Treatment Procedures: A Clinician's Guide by P. G. Swingle. It is a huge a$$ clinical that show how effective it is, I considered the subliminal cd my secret weapon. I personally think it would be cheaper to buy scwl's lucid dreaming cd for 35 bucks and use cal z. extract.
I will continue using the subliminal lucid cd from scwl. I can use it during the day while I go online, or while I'm cooking or something (it works better when you're busy). I found the sleep alteration methods in the book not plausible for regular people with a significant other or if you have a working or educational day schedule which most people either have one or both.
I do believe the kit was beneficial, and has a set step by step program that one can use. For the noob, it's a decent buy.
Personally, I think the audio stimulation cd is not that great, it woke me up instead of making me lucid, and you need to wear headphones all night, which is really uncomfortable for me.
All in all unless you really stick to the script with the program, which I found rather cumbersome because of the sleep alteration cycles, the program will not be that effective. The main power of the program is the sleep alteration cycles, if you are not looking to do that, then don't waste your money.
Buy the lucid dreaming subliminal by swcl, and copy of Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen Laberge, and get some cal z elixir. I do not have any affiliation with of these companies, I am just giving some product review on things that I used personally that helped me.
Have fun and good luck guys

That's great, thanks, CoralRives! I guess it lived up to the claim, regardless of how it was accomplished!
