But I FELT ( it didn't really happen ) my body shaking violently and I got scared and moved myself in the bed, was it working? Well, I hope to get along with everyone.
So far what I have been trying:
1- Get comfortable, normally try this before sleeping and with blankets
2- I leave my body without trying any type of movement or control of it
3- I noticed that if I don't try to think about anything, I simply sleep very fast ( heh )
4- Apparently for me to get sleep paralysis, I need to do (2) for a good time and keep thinking slowly about things and ... I don't know how to explain, but with the eyes closed focus on the "nothing".
Someone had told me sleep paralysis makes easier to Lucid Dream, is it true? Soon I will go sleep and try again.
