Hey everybody i just wanted to start out by saying you guys are amazing, i found this site just browsing the net for lucid dreaming advice as a beginner. most of them have pretty much the same thing to say as most of us share the same techs for dreaming, but this site stood out to me. i have spent a lot of time alone and have been interested in dreams and quickly learned the importance. anyway i must give my apologies for keeping quiet for so long for it was you guys who trained me and in a few years i have gained much control and have over 150 dreams and counting in my journal to date, i havnt been the best writing them down everyday and noticed a LOT of reoccouring dreams i have no details on. being a cautious person i feel upmost comfort joining and learning with all of you as much as possible, i am somewhat busy but i would love to chat and reply as much as possible aswell.

• Tasks of the Month & Year ---------------> This will give you a great motivation to LD as these tasks are fun and gives you a reward for accomplishing them (and that will be an extra goal to help yourself to LD!)
  
• Lucid Dares ------------------------------->This thread has a ton of lucid tasks for you to do. I have been personally adding some basic tasks to get started plus other some advanced tasks as well. Many other users are adding dares for everyone as well as making personal dares, it is lots of fun.
