An Introduction
I created this account almost exactly a year ago. I love the idea of lucidity, but my biggest struggle is maintaining a dj and getting adequate sleep with my erratic schedule. I'm not a "beginner" in the sense that I have read ETWTLD at least three times and lurk on the occasion, but I am in the sense that my dream recall is as about 1 nightly unless I set my alarm throughout the night to record. So I guess this is an introduction of sorts and a request for guidance and where to go next in the DV forum. Thanks! :dancingcow:

Welcome to the forum!
Here's a nice guide for dream recall if you're interested: http://www.dreamviews.com/dream-sign...ompendium.html
If you need any guidance on where to go, you can always go ask someone around. :movingmrgreen:

Hi blueocean!
You can start by practicing for a DILD, reading WILD and DEILD tutorials to be ready, just in case : )
Induction Methods and Techniques
WILD

I would say DILD is the best method to start with. It's also great for WILDs. Please check them out and ask specifics.
Oh, you can also join DVA - our academy, make a workbook and ask questions there.
