I thought \"what's that?\" and decides to look at it. It sounded pretty incredible so I tried it. I was up all night and didn't sleep at all. :shakehead2:. Last night I tried again. That time I was a little more prepared. I put a pen, paper, and bottle of water (I wake up thirsty) next to my bed. I set two alarms. One for 4:15 and one for 6:15. All the dreams I've remembered happened around 6:15. I set the alarms to low volume so hopefully I would hear the alarm in my dream, realize what it was, and become lucid. The first alarm went off and I was sub-concious for a second or two then woke up. I don't remember dreaming. The second alarm went off and I woke up immediately.
My plan for tonight is to set an alarm for 3:30 and for 6:30. My goal is to remember a dream.
Any suggestions?
I'm still new to this forum, but what I've always done and I don't know if this is actually common knowledge because I found this without the internet. The first stepis to remove everything from your bed that might be a distraction. The second step is after creating a flat surface make sure there is no noise to distract you. After these steps you are prepaired to just relax.
