gah, I tried falling asleep saying I will stay awake in my dreams n stuff, I even took a vitamin pill in the middle of the night, but i'm having very poor luck with this stuff. I haven't even been able to remember my dreams right when I wake up to even write them down. I need encouragement and guidance perhaps. :cry: :cry:

Don't get discouraged! The more you stress out that it's not working, the worse you will do. Try reading dream-related material before falling asleep. Don't try so hard - it'll come! I know that sounds like empty advice, but that concept also relates to other things in life. Good Luck and RELAX! :D

oh those, yeah i've been reading them before I go to bed everynight. i'll keep trying.
For what it is worth.... (since I have not been lucid yet) just keep trying and keep a positive attitude. Don't try too many things at once, try to just focus on one method and give yourself time to let it work. I am saying these tips because I was feeling the same thing. Last night I had 4 dreams that I could remember. It was a good night, mine have been improving.
You might try repeating "Tonight I will remember my dreams" in your head over and over until you fall asleep. I have been trying this with "I will remember to do a reality check". Last night I was close. I was definately thinking to myself in my dreams that things seemed odd, but didn't quite do a RC.
