1) Don't rely on a loud alarm to wake you up.
2) Have your DJ near your bed, and don't get up or change your position.
3) Perhaps close your eyes and tell yourself "i'm dreaming right now"
4) it's not the end of the world if you can't remember. Don't try pressure yourself, stay relaxed.
Hope that helps! :goodjob2:

I read about keeping a dream journal so I wrote down that dream, as my first entry.

Since then I haven't had very good dream recall, I've tried setting my alarm for about 4:00 in the morning, but I often wake up and my mind is blank. Again I wake up in the morning and I still remember either very little or nothing at all. What I do remember feels as if it happened so long ago that there's no point in even trying to recall it further.
Does anyone have any tips on how to improve my dream recall?
Thanks
Nick
Hey there and welcome to the forum!
Keeping a Dream Journal is an excellent way to start off. Also, I would maybe recommend before waking up in the morning thinking about it, and not moving. It will sometimes work, but it is better to try it when you don't have to do something the next day! And also, maybe you should try looking at the Tutorials as well, like Gwen said!
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

I don't think she meant you can't help him. She said if you couldn't.....Not everyone has all the answers, nes.

Most of the time I have answers, and in this case I did...

I know, but Splash did not insinuate that you did...But there could have been a remote possibility that you did not, silly. I didn't say you were wrong. I am just saying that I didn't think splash was trying to insult your intelligence. :P

I am not worried. Splash would never do anything like that on purpose, but I am making it very clear to her that I can help people as well. After being on here over a year, I know how to help people about maybe 10x more than I did a year ago!!

I know, chickie. I think you are good at helping others. DV needs people like you around here.

Thanks a lot....but even though I can help others, I do have a weakness or two as well, and Team work happens to be one of those, among other things.
