Dream Vividness
Hey i just started out attempting Lucid Dreams, im only in the stage of making a dream journal just now. But im finding that my dreams are not very vivid, i feel detached from them, like im watching them and not taking place. I can't remember having any senses in my dreams apart from sight and limited sound. Anyone got any tips on making dreams more vivid? Thanks.

Hiya, Oy. Welcome to our forum! You might be interested in this tutorial. I'm not exactly sure if this is right for you, but I would take a look. Look at the other tutorials, also. I sent you a pm with the link for that one. Anyway, I hope this helps, and I hope that you find a lot of help in our forum. If you need anything, feel free to ask! :D

I've found that the vividness of my dream comes and goes, and I think part of it might be related to dream recall. I don't know if there's any way to increase the vividness apart from being lucid, so I'd say to just wait.

Congrats on your recall, Oy! I have only recently started working on my dream recall, and it picks up quickly. Only a week ago, I was only remembering one dream a night. Right now, I am up to 2.
Keep it up.
