Sorry I've Been Away For So Long!

Just wanted to say hello! I haven't visited in awhile. I'll try to be more in touch in the future.
How has everyone been? I hope that you have been making progress in your lucid dreaming!
I have slacked off for awhile and need to start a program again. Lucid dreaming is very much like excercise. It takes discipline and focus. I had made great gains but slacked off for awhile and nowdays if I do have a lucid dream they are short and fleeting.

So two words to remember:

Focus

Welcome back. My LD's are short and fleeting too. So don't feel bad, I've been working my ass off.

Hey I had a lucid dream last night! I swear this forum is good for induction by just visiting it! It wasn't as vivid as some that I've had in the past but it was one nonetheless and fairly long as well.

It is good to be back! I almost forgot how great you folks are! :bigteeth:
