      Just wanted to say hello! I haven't visited in awhile. I'll try to be more in touch in the future.
      How has everyone been? I hope that you have been making progress in your lucid dreaming!
      I have slacked off for awhile and need to start a program again. Lucid dreaming is very much like excercise. It takes discipline and focus. I had made great gains but slacked off for awhile and nowdays if I do have a lucid dream they are short and fleeting.

      So two words to remember:

      Focus

      Welcome back. My LD&#39;s are short and fleeting too. So don&#39;t feel bad, I&#39;ve been working my ass off.

      (P.S. Burns...that&#39;s just not right...that&#39;s the second or third painted cat I&#39;ve seen....please tell me that is computer-generated&#33

      Hey I had a lucid dream last night&#33; I swear this forum is good for induction by just visiting it&#33; It wasn&#39;t as vivid as some that I&#39;ve had in the past but it was one nonetheless and fairly long as well.
