i need help to get out of the rut iam in i havent been dreaming the way i should be its been weeks since i had a good dream and its bugging me so if you could be a real help.
Do you keep a dream journal? If you don't, you need to start, they are a real help with dream recall. Also, alcohol and drugs can have a negative effect on dreams as well. Even if you can only remember small bits of dreams, write it down. Eventually your recall will get better. Also, getting on a consistent sleep schedule can help. Hope that Helps!

I agree with Luna. You may also want to consider how much sleep you've been getting. If there's anything keeping you up at night and preventing you from going through a few sleep cycles per night, you're likely to spend less time dreaming.
Try going to bed earlier, even if you're just not that tired. Sometimes all it takes is a few minutes of relaxation for you to realize you're more tired than you think.
