      i need help to get out of the rut iam in i havent been dreaming the way i should be its been weeks since i had a good dream and its bugging me so if you could be a real help.

      Do you keep a dream journal? If you don't, you need to start, they are a real help with dream recall. Also, alcohol and drugs can have a negative effect on dreams as well. Even if you can only remember small bits of dreams, write it down. Eventually your recall will get better. Also, getting on a consistent sleep schedule can help. Hope that Helps!

      Hey Boast,

      I agree with Luna. You may also want to consider how much sleep you&#39;ve been getting. If there&#39;s anything keeping you up at night and preventing you from going through a few sleep cycles per night, you&#39;re likely to spend less time dreaming.

      Try going to bed earlier, even if you&#39;re just not that tired. Sometimes all it takes is a few minutes of relaxation for you to realize you&#39;re more tired than you think.

      I try to go to bed a 9 every night eveb on weekends but would bing over sleepy have a bad efffect cuz i have lacrosse and other stuff befor bed and then it takes me a wile to fall asleep so i just dont know wuts the problum?
