Just Tried A Wild!
It was the freakiest sensation of my life. I started counting down from 100 and when I reached 73 everything got really really dark, and I started feeling a burning sensation in my chest and it really started to hurt, it hurt to breathe and I was thinking, "Maybe it's working" so I didn't do anything, i tried to remain calm but the feeling grew more painful until I couldn't stand it anymore so I forced my eyes open and I haven't been able to sleep since. What happened??

Hey iwishicouldld and :welcome: to the forum!
I don't think that you actually got to sleep paralysis with your WILD, it is not usual to go into a sleep paralysis stage after 28 seconds, it usually takes minutes to induce, did you feel asthough you couldn't move? If so then you were definately in sleep paralysis, i am thinking that what happened is that you may have experienced some sickness or maybe even heartburn which can occur if you have eaten late at night, i had it last night. What you have described does not sound like a WILD so my guess is that you did not WILD, do not worry about what you experienced, it was not a WILD, i hope next time you can approach trying the technique with a little more confidence :)
If you have any other questions about it or lucid dreaming in general please feel free to ask :)
