All this time I thought I was a wierdo!
Through out my life, I have experienced several very intense Lucid dreams where dream control was very proficient. Most of the dreams were based around sexual content where I new it was a dream and could do absolutely anything. Although the feeling was thrilling, I was a little worried that this was abnormal. I had never told anyone of this until I discovred LD. Have any of you had complete control of sexual situations in your dreams?
I have been trying really hard to LD but nothing lately.
I think I have been trying to hard to LD. I usually sleep pretty good but last night I was concentrating on inducing a LD that I think I kept myself up.
Question: I pressume that most people who are into LD have an above average level of dreams or dream recalls. I have noticed that after a night of intense dreams, my eyes and eye-lids tend to be really worn out.
Do you guys experience this as well or is it just me. I think that it must be incorporated with my REM cycles.
Laters.

I am usually more successful with LDs when I don't pressure myself, so it is possible you were trying too hard. If you already know the techniques, you can just relax now. Let the information absorb into your brain. Other things that help me also are getting enough sleep, and keeping a dream journal. I don't get the tired eyes thing though...whew! those must have been some intense dreams!!
Hope that helped! :)

Anybody else have this problem? It's the second time I've heard about it here at DV. Worn out eyes from intensely vivid dreams, lucid or otherwise?
