A couple of times a month when I wake up and decide to sleep some more I go back to dreaming but I'm still aware that I am dreaming. I can controll some things that are happening. This morning for example I dreamt that I was walking around in some town(wich was pretty abscure, buildings looking sort of cartoonish) And as I was walking down the street I could decide what stores I wanted to further explore. I didn't make up the stores myself, but I decided which ones I wanted to enter.
Usually when dreaming like this I'm just a sort of spectator, I don't feel like I am "me" but I can somewhat decide what I want to do, but not fully. It feels as if I'm watching myself do these things. Depending on how emmersed I am I can also change the 'scene'. And decide to be somewhere else doing something else.
So, is this lucid dreaming? Or just regular old dreaming :)?
