You are having dreams, you just don't remember.
How is your sleep schedule? Is there anything happening in your life that can affect you dreams? Stress, health, etc.
I recommend getting a dream journal, even if you remember the smallest detail, write it down. You will find your recall improve.
thank you. i have read the tutorials section on how to improve dream recall and i am using a dream journal however, i dont remember a thing. any suggestions?
