I just found out about this site. I'll give you a little information to start off.
I'm 16, and don't really dream anymore. This is probably because I sleep with the TV on, since I feel more protected if I do.
I really want to start dreaming again.. tonight is the night where I just shut my TV off and try to sleep soundly. Should I get used to sleeping like this before trying lucid dreaming?
Honestly I can't wait for the night. This seems like a lot of fun and very relaxing.
