Nice to meet you!
Hi i'll start by telling you how i got into LDing
I first started Lucid dreaming when I was young, I suffered from night terror and was plagued by nightmares, but in one nightmare after a facing off with some monsters:cookiemonster:that had been chasing me through sewers I discovered they were friendly and after that point i became lucid. I quickly gained really good control over dreams and spent a few years doing it almost every night, always looking forward to going to bed. I liked talking about dreams but no one I knew could do what i could do or had interest in talking about them. But then I decided that my dreams could be more interesting, detailed and elaborate if I just went along for the ride, so I stopped doing it all the time, taking control only some of the time when I became aware through DILD making the experience more tangible. So over time I lost some of my skill:doh: at becoming Lucid and became generally passive about dreaming:zzz:. I have still learnt a lot of stuff over the years however, but mainly spent the time pursuing base pleasures:hump: and fighting people in cool ways (Magic:wizard:, speed and more recently Heroes style abilities:poof::flyaway::meditate::superman::poke: :horse: ). I found out two days ago that what I was doing was called lucid dreaming and became excited:dancingcow: to find a community of people who can do the same and I’m looking for some friends to help teach and encourage me in my task of exploring dreams as i try to test the limit of my imagination and basically doing cool stuff, So if anyone would like to talk about:cheers: fun stuff in dreams or to help me get back in the game I would be delighted.
p.s Sorry got carried away with the emotes :microwave:
