The wonderful realization is that "day dreaming" is even more powerful than "night dreaming". We are the creators of our own reality and it's effortless. We are not aware that we are doing this. Most do what they are told and not question very much. I began to question everything even though at first it was quite intimidating. I immediately recognized that I was "in the box" and wanted out. This led me to find that my box was inside another one still. I wanted to know what was going on. To think that my "awake" state was yet another dream brought the realization that it was possible to make the experience a lot more fun. I have a lot of baggage that I've carried for far too long. There was a well worn path in my brain that seemed to only be able to see limitation. I was able to find the program in my mind memory system. I experienced immediate changes in my lucid life. The night dreams are becoming as vivid as my day dreams. The baggage just fell away and no longer gets in the way. Try asking yourself during your waking period, "am I dreaming or not?". The results might just surprise you.
