Re-Introduction
I've been around here for a few years and love lucid dreaming but I never could seem to get into it. Keeping a DJ seemed too tedious to me and I always got so busy that I had no time to even try. I really don't know why, as I find lucid dreaming amazingly awesome. Anyways, just wanted to say Hi to everyone again and if there have been any "magic methods" discovered in the past few years to easily get LD's let me know please :D

hey Hellfire, and yes I have recently came up with this LOTION, that's right before you drift off into dream land , you take two teaspoons full, and dabble a little on your fore head, and wallah you have a LD. If you act now, and buy one bottle for 100 easy payments of $13.44 I will throw in a second bottle for double the money! Thats right you pay 26.88 for the second! WOWSAH'S, but don't take my word for it;
"Manin207's dream cream is a magic!" New YorkTimes
"The dream cream is magnificant!" Boston Herald
"#1 on new Lucid Dream enhancer!" Cincinnati Enquirer
NO I DON'T THINK SO LOL....JUST A LITTLE HUMOR....

Welcome back, Hellfire! Have you ever looked into DEILD? I ask because, more than any other technique, DEILD has the potential to cause lots of LDs.

Thanks :)
seeker28 - I've heard of that but I usually sleep through the night without waking up. What would be a good way to wake up during the night? Not by alarm clock right, because turning it off would ruin the DEILD?
And what about doing a dream journal when waking up? Is that nixed with DEILD?

There are a lot of ways to wake up during the night for DEILD. You can try autosuggestion. "I will wake up after every dream." That works so well for me that I often wake up and remember some non-REM dreams! LOL! Try it for a few weeks. If you don't have any luck with it by then you can keep at it, try another way to wake up (suggestion below), or give up on DEILD. If you are really tired there is a really good chance that no matter what you do you won't wake up during the night.
Besides an alarm clock you can try:
cell phone on vibrate alarm in your pillow
sorry, I can't seem to think of any more right now. There may be other ideas in the DEILD tut here.
With dream journaling in the night you have a few choices when it comes to DEILD. If you wake up and you didn't just have a dream then DJ away, cause you can't DEILD then any way. You can try a MILD afterward if you want.
If you did just have a dream and you want to DEILD decide if the dream you just had is worth remembering. This is especially important if you are going for a DEILD chain of LDs. If you MUST remember it then just write it down and go back to sleep. You'll get another chance to DEILD. If you can deal with possibly losing memory of it, just run over it in your mind a couple of times, then DEILD. You might accidentally end up back in the last dream where you left off.
There is a discussion of what to do about DJing and dream recall with DEILD here.

:welcome: back. Not sure if I remember you, but I hope that you have many lucid dreams to come :D
