Little WILDing Tipp and Questions ^^
hey everyone,
I tried to WILD this morning and i think i almost did it, because before i tried for the 4th time or something ^^ i had an idea. i remembered how i WILDed when i was a little child. (heres the tip): I used a loud anlog clock. i concentrated on the sound and counted the seconds.
this time i was normally (without the clock) counting down from 99 to 0 (with deep breaths and an "I am dreaming" in between them). after that i started to count the seconds of my clock (1, 2, 3,...). that was reeeally relaxing. then i felt like floating, wich means i almost got into SP (, didnt i?), but then my heart started to beat faster and i lost track of counting aaand i needed to swallow.
was that wrong? may i swallow when i try to WILD?

i dont know how or why, but i can ignore itches. ^^ just try to let them itch as much as they want. keep concentrating on your breaths and counting and they'll even go away.

i got confused when i felt like floating and still kept on TRYING to count. should i better stop counting and focus only on my breathing and stay calm when going into SP?
