      Little WILDing Tipp and Questions ^^

      hey everyone,

      I tried to WILD this morning and i think i almost did it, because before i tried for the 4th time or something ^^ i had an idea. i remembered how i WILDed when i was a little child. (heres the tip): I used a loud anlog clock. i concentrated on the sound and counted the seconds.

      this time i was normally (without the clock) counting down from 99 to 0 (with deep breaths and an "I am dreaming" in between them). after that i started to count the seconds of my clock (1, 2, 3,...). that was reeeally relaxing. then i felt like floating, wich means i almost got into SP (, didnt i?), but then my heart started to beat faster and i lost track of counting aaand i needed to swallow.
      was that wrong? may i swallow when i try to WILD?

      You should swallow when you feel you have to because your body automaticly swallows when your asleep anyway, so if you try to resist your brain will know you are still awake...

      Thanks. you mean, when i resist i think too much about it and my mind must be clear, dont you? my brain knows that its awake ^^

      Yeh i had to overcome this problem, i used to lie there for ages thinking whether or not to swallow.

      you gave me an idea... maybeeee i can give swallowing so little attention that its like breathing during the day. it just happens automaticly, so you dont even notice it.

      Yeh it only becomes a problem when you keep thinking about it, when i need to itch the more i think about it the more i wanna scratch it.

      thanks for your fast postings ^^

      i dont know how or why, but i can ignore itches. ^^ just try to let them itch as much as they want. keep concentrating on your breaths and counting and they'll even go away.

      gotta edit something to the top:

      i got confused when i felt like floating and still kept on TRYING to count. should i better stop counting and focus only on my breathing and stay calm when going into SP?

      Yes don't stop counting because when you do your mind gets lazy and falls asleep

      believe me, im lazy enough and when im headding for SP counting makes me kind of loose the thread... do you really think i should keep on counting?

      Just make sure your slightly concentrated on something but not to much, as for me to get into SP I just concentrate on my breathing and when my mind kinda drifts away I start concentrating on something again like a sound and move back to my breathing. Good luck =)
      And dont worry the feeling of SP gets alot easier and after awhile the transition will be alot smoother.

      i dont worry about the feeling of SP ^^ (im almost fearless) i just worry about getting there ^^. you know what i mean? im just asking wich is and isnt a mistake while trying to get into SP.
      Anyway, thanks a lot! ill swich between breathing and my clock
