actually its good to have it constantly on your mind so when you do actually dream you may think of lucid dreaming and therefore realize you are in a dream...
but make sure you don't become too obessed, because reality is a good place to be (well, not always... but you know what i mean)!
Thanks for your reply..(knowing that that's the point of forums) I'll remember that.
Or if you're like me, visiting the forums before bed makes me dream about having a lucid dream, while not actually lucid. Yes, it's frusterating.
Hey, thinking about lucid dreaming isn't bad. But obsession over it is. Just find a balance of where you care, but not too much. :)
Hey welcome to the forum Pade-o ;)
Yeah i agree with the others saying to find a balance, but read up as much as you can, the tutorials here are really good.
And if anyone asks you to go into sensless banter, ignore them and avoid it, hehe trust me :P
To day dream about Lucid Dreaming is a real adrenalin kick sometimes!
It happens that i sit day dreaming about all this fancy wanne do stuff everyone else really day dreams about(maybe), when it hits me that i can take that day dream one step further! to really live it out.... oh how i sometimes look forward to jump in bed...:D
that reminds me, what's daydreaming? Is it dreaming when conscious? I thought it was just like thinking except thinking about dream-like stuff. But I was daydreamign one day and when I woke up from my daydream, I realized that I couldn't control what I was daydreaming about. It was like a dream, but I was awake.
I have a feeling I can't see when I daydream, but when I notice i'm in a daydream and "look" to see if i can see, i snap out of it. it's like a trance.
exactly. Trance. But when I daydream, I usually can't make my own path. I hvae to follow it like an ordinary dream.
