Obviously the main aspect is perseverance, as with all goals requiring work. Don't get too focused; this is of course a highly personal experience, but for me an over abundance of focus on activelyattempting to achieve WILD is often my downfall.
Things will of course begin to feel a little bit less real, less physical, more flexible.. Draw from this a feeling of almost falling backwards, something like when you go fast on a rollercoaster. Maintain concentration, but make it not on yourself or your immediate surroundings, but on a scene of some sort.
You will fail the first few times. Thats fine though. It sounds like already you have got close, and are moving the right way. The main things to remember are to not hold onto the feeling of being in the waking world, if that makes any sense to you

Determination. It'll pay off. Big time.
