Hey there
Hi there... I just found this forum by googling lucid dream.
I' m from Italy, and my interest for oneironautism born from my psychonaut attitude (actually, I almost consider myself a psychonaut), and a sleep lover (in terms of study how the sleeps works, etc.)
I' m reading the LaBerge book, since I've noticed his name while studying the sleep years ago, in a W. Dement book... and I didn't had results 'til now, but I'm just practicing from few days.
Having a dream journal, practicing MILD staff, ecc.
Hope I like here, and hope I give an help ( yeah, for giving help I should become a gooood oneironaut!)
greetings =D

Thanks guys, you' re all very sweet!
Actually, in Italy I know no oneironaut, at least no oneironaut that do it with method. Hope to "convert" some people to this, when I'll become a bit better.
