helllllo!
I'm a little dissapointed....I don't understand why I can't WILD correctly...
almost all the nights, when I awake from a dream, I try to WILD, (sometimes WBTB) but I never success.
I always relax a lot, and count my breaths...and I got to 700 breaths, and nothing happen....
why?
I don't have stress, or something....so I don't understand why , exactly, I keep failing....
You're trying to hard in my opinion :) Counting keeps me awake. Are you trying in a position you can't fall asleep in?
Wow, 700? I usually give up by then...
Anyway, when you say you keep failing, do you mean you keep falling asleep or you can't get to SP?
I'm guessing either you're too relaxed(to the point where your mind falls asleep along with your body) or too aware(making it impossible for your body to rest).
when I say I keep failing, I don't reach SP....
I don't think I am TOO aware, because I got relaxed and I am fine....

how much sleep do u get before u wake up to try this?
u said u awoke from a dream so im guessing that you've already had ur REM state so try to get up even earlier before u start dreaming.
also it could be that you're extremely concentrated on counting. if thats the case, u just need to relax and be conscious of everything thats comes to your mind instead of focusing on one thing
