Nothing relevant tonight. I set a timer on 180 minutes to try WILD right before a REM cycle but fell asleep. I had 2 separate dreams which I wanted to write down on my diary but I was anxious to go back to sleep and try WILD again, unfortunately the result was in forgetting the previous dreams.
Will nap later. Not sure if I should try DILD or WILD. I get to the point where I get hearing hallucinations as loud rattling/banging but then I think I conciously get too excited and change my breathing pattern. Maybe I should focus more on DILD and reality checks but for some reasons I don't seem to remember checking my hands etc. when I'm dreaming (I guess that's the whole point!)
I'm so not giving up on this!

P.S. If wilding, how long does it take to get to full sleep paralisys? I think I read somewhere it's about 25/30 mins?
