How to have a WILD and When?
Im new to lucid dreaming and the only thing I've really been doing to increase my lucidity is practising dream recall. One night though I came up with the idea to have a lucid dream. I decided to try the WILD so I closed my eyes relaxed my body and focused my mind on flying above a tropical island, after some time I had the feeling I floated away and my body felt strange, but my mind was still clear. Then I just got excited and woke up:P.
The problem is that when I try to have a WILD now I cant concentrate and my mind is to active.
