For about a week I've kept a dream journal but suddenly I just can't remember my dreams. I used to remember at least 1 a night but now I struggle to write down 1 a week.
Has anyone got any tips on improving dream recall?

I suggest, when you wake up, to stay in bed and be still, relaxed. Your brain might force you to remember the dreams because it thinks you are still in a dream state. Once you remember them, it's easier because they're in your concscious part of your mind now. You can also try taking supplements (apple juice is my favourite, and the cheapest!) before bed to improve dream recall.
Alright. Keep going on the dream journal, even if you can't remember a lot. Remembering the slightest details will help in improving your dream recall. Also, try to remember tiny bits and pieces, so that they can lead you into remembering the bigger details.
