Basic question
Looking back through dreams i've documented for the past few days, i've noticed a dream sign of mine is Water. I'm usually on the beach or on a boat.
Now that ive spotted this, what step do I do next in order to become lucid when I am dreaming of water. Do I think about it in my waking life? Do I tell myself next time i'm near water I will be dreaming?
How do I train myself to realise when I'm on a beach or near water, i'm dreaming?
This has probs. been asked in another thread but I can't find any information on the training.

Don't forget that the next time you see water, you won't necessarily be dreaming. But consider the possibility when you see water, or whenever it occurs to you. If you're unsure, feeling a little tired or dreamy-slow perhaps, do a reality check. And don't do it unthinkingly, by rote, pay attention with your full consciousness. MILD in a nutshell. I recommend you combine this with the wake-back-to-bed method. And try a bit of WILD on the side too. Can't hurt.
