Hey Newbie Zone,
I first learned of Lucid Dreaming sometime last year, which led to me finding this site. I was a lot more impatient back then, and also had a very bad sleep schedule which made it impossible to make any progress.
I'm doing reality checks in the day to hopefully increase chances of MILDing, but I also try WILDing, as I find it a more exciting prospect. ;)
Okay, so last night. Before going to bed, I planned to set an alarm to wake myself about 4 hours sleep. But I'd had a relatively stressful day, so found it difficult to drop off, and ended up cancelling my alarm because so much time had passed. I decided to try and just go straight into it, and lay on my back. I followed Clarity's tutorial, sooner than I expected I started to feel vibrations, saw a few patterns on my eyelids.
My heart started to be very rapidly, and gradually things just died down, I open my eyes and sat up suddenly (I'd felt quite a rush of things.) It's quite easy for me to get to this stage, but what do I do once I'm there? Just as I can feel myself entering my dream, everything stops. :embarrassed:
