Need some help
Hey guys, I'm new here. I was wondering if someone could point me to a thread relating to relaxation (the search function won't work for some reason). I really want to begin practicing LDing but one of my main problems is getting to sleep. It takes up to 4 hours of laying in bed sometimes just to get to sleep, and even when I do, most of the time it's not very deep. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

the 61 point relaxation is a good way to feel at ease
and also the muscle progression, i believe thats what it's called, anyways, that's when you tense every muscle in your body (hands, neck, stomach, legs, feet...), hold it for a couple seconds, and completely relax. you can repeat on the more tense areas.
i find that relaxing music, like soft ocean waves, put me in a calm state. i hope this info helps you out!
