Hello Everybody,
A little about me: I would say I usually remember fewer dreams than most people, but have had maybe ~10 lucid dreams without purposely trying to achieve them. I've known about the spinning technique for a few years so that has helped to prolong my LD's, but one of my main troubles has been controlling the dream.
For example, when I try to fly in my dreams I will not always be able to do so efficiently. Sometimes I'll levitate up and down without really gaining much speed, or when I can, I have trouble controlling my direction entirely. I've had very little success creating things out of nothing unless I'm shooting fireballs or something :D.
I'm off to do a few searches, but if anyone could point me in the right direction or has a few pointers, that would be great! I've also just ordered some galantamine/choline, so hopefully along with the info here, I'll be LD more frequently in no time.
