This i find a hard question, because there are so many things i would do. Just remember, what you do (ex. Kill some evil person in history) will affect the future as if what you did happened.
And remember, this is changing something from history, so you cant do something like invent something before is actually got invented, you can only change something that already happened.

The transistor would be completely useless 8000 years ago. They didn't have the math to use it for anything interesting, nor the power needed to have it do anything, nor the processing techniques required to make it communicate with the world (display, input, etc).
